About the Role
As a Webflow Developer, you’ll create highly interactive, responsive digital experiences that extend our design systems into production. You’ll collaborate with UI/UX and motion designers to bring detail and performance to life, ensuring clean, scalable builds. While this is primarily a developer role, experience with front-end design is a big plus.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of front-end development experience, with strong Webflow expertise.
- Advanced CMS and Logic skills, including reusable class structures and clean naming conventions.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, as well as GSAP and other interaction/motion libraries.
- Experience integrating third-party services (analytics, forms, automation tools).
- Strong QA abilities, including cross-browser and device testing.
- Familiarity with Figma and design systems.
- Interest in AI-assisted tools and workflows (e.g., various LLMs, Cursor, Flora) for faster iteration and prototyping.
- High attention to detail; hold yourself to the highest standard of excellence in design.
