About the Role
As a Motion Designer specializing in UI/UX, you’ll bring static screens to life – crafting animations and micro-interactions that guide, inform, and delight users across web and interactive experiences. You’ll collaborate closely with our design and development teams to ideate, prototype, and ship motion solutions – from an AI assistant’s onboarding flow to button hovers and dynamic graphic treatments that bring content to life. Your passion for design and animation at every stage of inception and execution will help us push digital experiences to the next level.

- 3–5 years of motion design or interactive animation experience at an agency, in-house team, or as a freelancer.
- Compelling portfolio showcasing a deep understanding of timing, easing, and visual storytelling through motion.
- Proven ability to convert Figma (or Sketch) layouts into working prototypes, Lottie/Rive animations, or in-browser demos.
- A genuine passion and curiosity for design & animation across every phase – from conceptual sketches through final export.

- Comfortable iterating rapidly and refining work based on feedback.
