About the Role
As a Product/UX Lead, you'll guide the strategy, design, and execution of AI-driven digital experiences. You'll work closely with LP's brand, strategy, and engineering teams to define product vision, lead sprint planning, and oversee design execution — from early discovery through to launch. This role combines strategic direction with hands-on UX craft, including providing structured feedback and review across UI/UX work.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of product and UX design experience, ideally with consumer tech, SaaS, or AI-driven products.
- Proven ability to lead discovery, map user journeys, and define product requirements.
- Experience running sprint planning and aligning cross-functional teams.
- Skilled in Figma, prototyping tools, and UX research methods.
- Comfortable giving UI/UX feedback and guiding designers through iteration.
- Strong collaboration with brand, design, and engineering partners.
- Active use of AI tools and workflows for discovery, prototyping, and iteration.
- High attention to detail; hold yourself to the highest standard of excellence in design and execution.
